Don't need anymore peach jam. Still have a ton of peaches on the tree but I think we will just eat what we can and give the rest away as whole peaches. Ended up with 23 of the 1/2 pint jars of jam and 35 pint jars. 3 of the pint jars are missing in this pic. Some of the batches had cinnamon added although I prefer the plain peach.

We have a lot of blackberries here, so that's the kind of jam....and cobbler I get.

pepperj....except for some batches not having cinnamon, each batch had peaches, sugar, a packet of "Sure Jell" for thickening and a pat of butter to reduce foaming during the cooking process. Pretty simple recipe.

Looks yummy! I love peach preserves, but jam is fine.
Viking, I love blackberry preserves with the seeds. Can't find it anymore. Love to sit around and chew on the seeds after I finish eating. Blackberry cobbler? Finest eating I've ever had!
