Did a bit of MDin down the meadows this morning,nothing good though.There are all kinds of animal tracks,coon, possum,deer,skunk,coyote,geese,ducks,you name it.I see a couple crow hunters yesterday,this

guy was in the field when I got there,

surprised a coyote didn't wind him last night other wise he would have looked like this.

The living wildlife shots are really nice. The way the one with the bird bits is framed makes it look to me like your passenger got out of your silverado after having eaten crow, and sort of shook the remains off. For what it's worth.

I bet from the looks of it, that an owl finished eating that crow. Crow's just hate owls, but owls love eating crows.

I take the wounded around here to Greenwood over in Boulder. Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center personally I would never shoot or kill anything just to stroke my ego. That's just plain cruel.

I love ducks. Had a couple as pets once, they are messy critters.

Nice photos Chris. I've been a hunter my whole life, and although I wouldn't shoot anything I wouldn't eat, as long as the wildlife is harvested by licensed hunters during the legal hunting season, well, not that I agree, but to each his own. However,to leave a wounded creature like that to suffer is just plain wrong. If not illegal, it should be.
