Today is going to be BRUTAL (heat advisory) so I got mowing done 6:15.Got some nice pics this morning,electric sunrise.

I walked into to a nest a couple days ago,that first electric shock was enough to let me know to turn and run like CRAZY,only got that one shock luckily. :laughing7: Now I LOOK for them!

Wonderful series of pics Chris..:occasion14:

Even saved a couple to see if I can make them really shine. Love
the Blue Heron pic; superb composition. We get them here as well,
but they are very camera shy and tough to sneak up on.

Also, not sure if you know this or not, but shooting directly at the
Sun can damage the cameras sensor. For your pic, there was probably
still enough atmosphere between you and the Sun at that time of
morning that there shouldn't be any damage.
