Most of the spiders I watched as a kid took about an hour to make. Totally amazed me what artistry they could create in such a short time! ...And for them to only last a day on top of it all!!

I walked my face into a big spiderweb once checking out the native American shell mounds around Cedar Keys Florida. The spiders that made them looked a lot like the big garden spiders of the Midwest.
