Went detecting, better stick with pictures

Went to an old park I've been wanting to detect, spent 3 hours and got 3 cents, lots of pull tabs and bottle caps, one actually said play spin cap? the other side said "try again". It was a beautiful day and I had the park all to myself ,except for these guys following me around. When I got home this butterfly was waiting on the cornflower for me. So I did have much better luck with the camera than the detector.

CG, combining the photography with the detecting makes a great combo, even better when you find stuff detecting also. Maybe next time.

Guys I think I need detecting lessons, I was actually a little disapointed when I didn't even find a single nail . That may be one of your pears Don, if I'd know I would have snagged it back for you. If I got too close to the little guys they would just run up the tree a couple feet and back down again. If I took the time I bet I could have gotten them to come to me, they didn't seem afraid at all, just curious.

At least ya had your camera with you and got some nice pictures. I take my camera everywhere I go, and if I get some pictures, I figure it wasn't a total loss.
