Neighbors flowers

I have no idea what these flowers are, they are in the neighbors yard. Guess I could ask, but never think about it when I see her. Figured they'd make a good subject for my new camera though.

I call those pretty pink flowers. Odd they have no leaves. I'll bet Old Digger knows what they are.

It looks like a tulip tree. Blooms first, leaves later.

Saucer Magnolia or Magnolia bush. Read the description in this link. I also had a tulip tree in my front yard but had to cut it down because the roots got into my septic tank system.
