A couple years ago I had trouble with Raccoons taking the entire suet feeder, just ripping it off its mount and into the woods they would go.
Those Squirrels are acrobatic for sure, I got great enjoyment two winters ago when I coated my Shepherd hook holder of one of my bird feeders with olive oil and watched the squirrels jump onto it as high as they could but they still would slide down to the ground, but after a couple days the oil would get tacky and then right up to the bird feeder they went!
