Don't remember ever seeing one of these before, and definitely don't know what it is.

About 1/2" wide and slightly longer.

The scarry thing is it looks like a very small version of the skeeters in the game "Redneck Rampage." You have to kill those with a gun or dynamite . . .

Kind of built like a crane fly, but it's not. It is a Plume Moth. Different varieties can be found around the world.

I got those around here and I've always thought they were a type of moth with rolled up wings
