Louisiana Truck Stop

This is the Pilot Truck Stop in Breaux Bridge, LA. Yes, I admit it, I am a truck driver.
Well, now you all can see the boring life I have. Sitting around truck stops all day. Sometimes waiting to deliver a load, sometimes waiting to pick one up. Can't say that I don't get out much, 'cause all I am is out! What you can't see from the picture is that there is a casino at this truck stop.
I don't get on the forums much, but I'll try and visit more often, and with more interesting pics than this one. Stay tuned ...

Hey Eagle77, I do have a LapTop, and camera, and WiFi access. All I need is motivation. Most of the time I'm so tired from driving, all I do is eat and sleep. I'm out of hours today, by DOT standards, and am just sitting around. I'm on my way to Houston for tomorrow afternoon. Won't know till I get there, where I'm heading next. But I will start dropping some pics when I have the time. Problem is, if I have the time, I'm nopt making any money

Hey Gun...if it wasn't for you guys we'd be waiting a long, long time for stuff we buy at stores etc. When I took a convoy to Hancock County, Miss. after Katrina we stopped soley at the truck stops to refuel. A Chinese fire drill with order to it! Be safe.

I know about trucking to Gunsomke. I drove for a few years myself. I saw everthing froma airplane crash to a nude Hitchhiker {man was HE ugly}

Well, I'm gonna try and get this off to you before the network (cable) goes haywire again. Sorry, I missed you yesterday...now that you have (I gave to WSD) my phone #. So, hopefully next time you're in my neck of the woods we can have lunch at the Petro or PT Truck Stop. The weather is still the same as what you see in the photo and a lot colder too. Drive safe!!
