"The Old Stone Bridge"

My Dad use to be a contractor and built this bridge,one of many in one of the local parks back in the 1930;s Many people come here to take High school class and wedding pictures.Thanks for looking.

Thanks Jim. My Dad took a lot of pride at being good at his craft, and he left behind examples of his work around this town from those days. There are things in this town that he did that we don't even know about. When he died we found lots of old records and receipts from some of his work We do look at that bridge and proudly say" my Dad built that fine bridge" !

Its beautiful. I have a thing for stone walls and bridges. My grandfathers were stone masons and their work still stands today.

My Dad left behind his mark on this city with work such as this. When I look at it I think of him.Its called the photo opp bridge by many photographers.
