That's a tree swallow. They steal our bluebird houses. If you attach two houses back to back, the tree swallows will claim one. They will not let another pair of swallows in the attached house, but they will allow the bluebirds to use it. This is the only way I've been able to have a place for the bluebirds to nest. Gary

I love to watch the way the swallows fly
I’m having bluebirds in one and swallows in the other nesting approx.100 ft apart..
The houses have 1 1/2 inch openings that work well
