Hey, dudes, I wanted to share some pics of my new vee-hic-ole. :D It is a 2008 Nissan Versa. The 33HMPG is good enough for me. :D

Pic #1: this is how it will look once we put our two detectors in the back. I needed the foam since it isn't level. >:( :D Paco was the 1st to put his detector in and it worked nicely. :D :D :D

Pic #2: KirkPA's treasure mobile. LMAO :D

Pic #3: KirkPA's treasure mobile. LMAO :D

Take care!

Thanks, man, I definitely love the smooooth ride. I am thinking about getting a larger piece of foam for the back.

There will be a lot of metal detecting chat going on in this car...I can bet the farm on that! :D

Hello Kirk,

Nice Treasure-mobile, buddy. What made you decide on this one instead of the Prius?
I wish you much success/reliability with your new car!

With the Prius, I would have been paying a crapload of money per month, so I decided to not go with it. The Versa was on the same lot, so I asked the salesman about it. ;) :D I did mention about my hobby and how I need room for my detector. :D Overall, it has decent gas mileage and will work nicely. :D ;) :)

I bought a Prius used last year.
Payed for it in cash. (Glad I saved that money while in the Navy)
but still don't have my license to drive it ::)
Hope to get it this year.
Its fun with the talking GPS and you can't go wrong with 50-55 MPG ;D

Donny

I would have figured you to go with the Tata Nano, worlds cheapest car at $2500.00.

Seriously though, nice car Kirk and with gas prices today you can't go wrong with a compact. I own two small cars besides my work truck.

I would ask where I get to sit but I'm sure the answer will not be to my liking, but on a serious note great car sir.
