I was walking down the street to the store when I saw this grey-bearded gentleman park his, um, house next to the bush--and then he started disco dancing, complete with his own verbal sound effects. "pshh" "pshh" "pshh" "pshh"....over and over.

I actually walked past him and on to the store, and on the way began regretting that I didn't have a video recorder with me. On the way back from the store, he was still there--and still dancing!

So I took his picture. "pshh" "pshh" "pshh" "pshh"

In jersey city NJ where i live this represents 1/2 the population

I remember we had to once take one of these carts into (ahem) custody when it contained aluminum siding they pulled off somebodies home
