I agree with Cyn...that's some pretty country there and your camera phone did it justice with the photo results!

Very nice pictures, Paul!

What resolution is your camera phone?
what make/model?
How do you d/l the pics to your pc? or are you posting direct?

Thanks for posting the pics... they may seem normal everyday to you, yet many of us know so very little about Finland we are very happy to see all the pics you would like to post!

Very pretty, lots of young trees.
They must log it frequently.

Best

The phone is a Nokia 6220 Classic, with 5.0 megapixel camera. Built in gps, and ability to geotag the photos with coordinates, so you can open them in google earth or similar mapping program and see where they are taken.(don't really know how this works. Got some learning to do...)

I usually transfer the photos over a bluetooth connection, or if faster transfer rates are needed then I use usb.

And thank you for your comments! I promise to post something every now and then :)

Hi Paul,

WoW!

5mp... That's nice! My new low price Motorola is my first camera phone... 1.3mp

Hmmm. Bluetooth?
My camera is Bluetooth capable.

Wonder if I can send to the WiFi dongle on my PC?

I don't have a usb connect cable that fits my phone yet.
Not compatible with my existing firewire, on the phone end.

Sure wish those guys would standardize and make life easier on us.
Guess that's what Bluetooth is supposed to do??

Best

Yes, bluetooth is the easiest way for small transfers. And Nokia's come with a usb data cable also, so that's a good thing.

You can't transfer to wifi with bluetooth if that's what you meant. Just get a bluetooth dongle, they don't cost much these days.
