Newbie from Cornville, AZ (20 miles south of Sedona). I have spent a significant amount of my life just dinkin' in the woods of Northern Arizona. I am new to metal detecting and I think I am starting to get the hang of it. I have a wife who tolerates my hobbies and a two year old son who currently needs a nap, but refuses to sleep.

Welcome aboard! Take a look at Sub-Forums: Arizona for information (i.e., clubs, etc.) directly related to your state.

Lol, welcome!

How are you liking your X-terra 705?
What is your best find, to this point?

Since I finally bit the bullet and I just got it yesterday, I found one heck of Dr. Pepper can in my back yard. I was having so much fun, I didn't go to work until four hours later than I should have! I usually get done around 10pm, nope, I got home at 3am. I have been known to get carried away rockhounding too. I think I am really going to enjoy this hobby.
