Hello, I recently caught the gold bug.

I have been out a few times so far. Twice panning, twice with a buddy and his A51.

Have found a very little bit of color all four times.

Been to South, Middle, and North Fork American River.

I found some color on the top of a hill in some ancient river bed dirt I took home as well.

And also a few specs in some Folsom creek dirt.

Looking forward to next weekend, and having another crack at it.

Welcome. I use to live in Fair Oaks. A lot of fun looking for gold around there. When your out, don't forget to check yourself for ticks.
