Hi Folks,

Newbie is kind of misleading, what I'm new at is hunting places that have been inhabited, such as houses, schools etc. For a while now I've had an Infinium, it was only used in the remotest of places out in the Mojave for as you would guess, prospecting, which was way simpler and easier than what I'm interested in doing now. As I write this, any minute now, FedEx could pull up and deliver my new AT Pro, which means I'll be able to start hunting the types of place I never did before.

Along with this introduction I want to ask if there's any detectorists in my neck of the woods, since this area has a rich enough history, I'd imagine there are, maybe quite a few.
