Hi everybody,

I just started the hobby this week. I live in GA in the Dunwoody area I know there are a lot of laws regarding metal detecting in GA. I have downloaded a lot of old city maps as well as old gold mines locations.

Could somebody help me on which places are permitted for metal detecting? so I can try my metal detector for the first time and btw I don't have a backyard! :).

Thanks,
