Hi! My son and I did Storage Units a few years ago and now have gotten down to the "Rock" collections. Seems like every Unit had it's own collection. Instead of throwing things out the back door, I thought we dig around and see if we have anything of value or interest. This site looks awful fun. We have a detector, haven't found anything to talk about. My Dad and were numismatics, so maybe I can help with a coin, token or currency. Got 2 rocks to identify. Not sure how many pics fit on a thread, so I might try another thread for the other piece. Thanks so much! This first one looks to be amber with fossils inside.

Welcome Aboard! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).
