I would much rather be a treasure producer than a treasure hunter, but
I don't have enough talent or imagination to consistently produce
valuable treasures, so I spend a lot of time hunting for treasures
other people have produced. I've been doing this for many years! I
joined this forum because I was sure I was going to buy a metal
detector, but I've changed mind about that. I was planning to buy a
metal detector so I could find coins, but I've realized reading what
other people say about it that this is much too difficult; it is going
to be easier and cheaper to buy interesting coins than to find buried
ones. I'm still interested in this forum because people don't just
talk about metal detectors here. I've particularly enjoyed what people
have been saying about eBay, because I have my own eBay store and am
always looking for ways to improve. I sell mostly film posters,
mostly in Arabic and Persian. The market for those is quite limited,
but at least this is something I understand.
