Howdy from Louisiana. I was introduced to this site by a friend. My interests are in anything historical. Like most everyone else, I love metal detecting, although I'm not that good at it yet. The eras I really like are medieval, but I love the Revolutionary War and Civil War time periods.

Anyway, glad to be here. Hopefully, I will learn much from all you experts out there.
