There is a Plethora of history waiting to be found in Plaquemines Parish.
Look at some old maps, and for older structures and start asking for permissions to hunt..
    Good Luck..

WOW!! Thanks to all for the rapid responses and warm welcome from the T-net community. I see a couple of replies from Louisiana and Mississippi, y’all are located not too far. Do any of y’all ever get together and hunt? If so do y’all invite new comers? Like I said, I have very little experience and knowledge on where to “legally” hunt and I’d hate to have the authorities so up while my 7yr old daughter is with me.
Thanks again to the warm welcoming.
