    .NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y., Dec. 16.1911 -- Henry M. Lester, President of the Huguenot Association of New Rochelle, turned over to the trustees of the association to-day the house which was given by the State of New York to Thomas Paine after the Revolution in recognition of his patriotic services. With the house goes an acre of ground on North Avenue known as Deveau Park
