My vote is for #3 Noke-ta or #2 if it's pronounced the same. Butt wat dew eye no.

Thanks to Indiana Mark for asking this question. I've been meaning to ask the same thing.
And thanks to Dilek for answering, although her qualification of "pretty much right" makes
me think that we American speakers are never going to get it 100 percent right.
