As long as I've been detecting I cannot believe it took this long to find one.

Funny-I just found my first US silver coin yesterday-a Mercury dime. I've found Spanish silver coins but no American silver until now. Go figure.

well as far as metal detecting for one, I got my first detector in 12. I have found silver rings, but no coins till now
