Please help buckle I'D?!?!

Found a rock throw from 1700s house site and on a 1800s house site 4 stars on each corner and a bust of what looks like lady liberty I really need some help

Vadigger, I wish I could be of some help with identifying this buckle. I can tell you one thing though....it is Olllld'. Great find. I'm sure someone will be able to help you out soon with this. Let us know what you find out with the identity of this buckle if you will. I'm by far an expert, but it looks to me as if this may be a colonial piece. Great Find! A Hewge' Congrat's to you sir.
