Quartz Knife/ Maybe a Waller knife

Here is another personal find from S.C This is a very unusal point/knife im not exactly sure what it is. Any Id is appreciated.

Nice find, its not a waller knife, the Waller knives are medium in size, a double unifaced knife, with a short notched base, they are made from flakes. Also only the cutting edge is pressure flaked. I'll see if I can find you a pic of one.
Still does look like a knife, that may have been hafted.
