Best Place to Get Artifact Certified?

I found a point that has paleo type flaking which are very rare to find in my area. Im willing to pay to find out if it is in the paleo time period or just a archaic or woodland point with similar chipping. I would like to get a Id of a artifact, certified and papered. Ive heard that there are a variety of people that do it but Im looking for the most reputable and honest ones with top ratings.

I'm sure there are any number of authenticators who would take your 20 or 30 dollars and call the obviously authentic piece a blade, but I don't know of any who would be typology experts in your area.

If it were from OH or PA (or surrounding areas) I'd call it paleo/early archaic, but your area produces some paleo looking pieces up through the woodland period. Is the base ground?
