I always wondered how they made sence of this. This is not the first piece I have found that seemed to center the inclusion. I know I showed this piece before but I'm sure some new folks never saw it.. also one with natural coloration that looks just like a duck head.. again centered.

Nice......what is that material?? My buddy went down there several years ago and brought back a bunch of it.......I though it was interesting chert............GTP(Chris)

I see the duck!! I'm not sure he is really there, but I see him. I always look for an effigy in all that I find. Cool where the fossil fell out. It looks paleo. Is it?

im thinking so... the flaking seems right.If so..its the first from this site and possibly that area
