What is this? Found it about 15 years ago. Ground flat in the bottom

I love the point Panterx7, and would be tickled to find either of those drills. Which item(s) did you photo in the insitu, I can't tell from where I sit? (I must be losing my artifact ground penetrating radar abilities since it has been so long since I picked up a point lol.) HH

It was one of the drills I wouldn't of seen it myself if I hadn't been using monster racks patented chicken walk lol makes for a sore back
