Made it out awhile yesterday.I hit a couple spots and found one tool at each place. These I'd say were adzes .They are rough but whole.......mjm..Here's wishing you all a happy Turkey day.....heading to my moms in Michigan....better not wear my patriots gear might not make it back..... Thanks old digger.I've found enough good hard stone this year that I don't get to disappointed over something like these.I consider these stepping stones to finding the more exotic versions of these tools. The double bitted or the grooved maybe something with tally marks or even better maybe something in slate. All these possibilities are laying out there. Its just a matter of time....mjm

Nice finds MJM, I would not be disappointed at all with an adze, celt, axe, or bannerstone in any condition, or even in fragmentary form. They are pretty scarce these days in any condition down my way. HH and Happy Thanksgiving to you as well.
