Bolivian grooved hammerstone

I found this at a little store in LaPaz Bolivia about 10 years ago. I also picked up a little Quartz arrowhead, which I know is around here somewhere... The hammerstone recently popped up while I was doing some remodeling work and with my reignited interest in artifact hunting, I thought I'd put this out there for everyone to take a look at.
It's a little magnetic but I put a very powerful magnet, tough to pull from the fridge, to it and it only had a modest pull. It has a little sparkle to it when the light hits it right. Very heavy maybe 1.5-2 lbs. if love any info or input any one has...

That's a real beauty I like the use wear and polish on it. I believe it is Hematite very nice
