I found this in a high ground field that used to get plowed regularly but hasn't in the past 15 years or so. The corn planter cut some grooves in the dirt and uncovered a few things, this is one I found last weekend. I've found along with it many scrapers, few projectile points, and various other tools. Any thoughts or opinions would be great. Thanks.

Hmm, looks like it may have been working in that direction, or maybe a chipped axe, it's pretty crude though.

Lets see the other artifacts you have found. I like scrapers and points. I know some of the material you guys find in your area wasn't always the best but they used what they could find. I found a broken Guilford this year can I post mine for you to compare?

I will definitely post some more pictures. I only brought a box of questionable rocks with me to work to look through on breaks and stuff but for the time being here is a few I found in the box that looked interesting. I'll take some pics of my better things when I get home. Thanks for looking I like hearing what yall have to say. It's easy to get narrow sighted.

Any ideas on the T shaped piece would be greatly appreciated. I can't figure that one out.

probably just me but I was thinking crude hoe on the 1st one. We do have some members from your area that stop by every once in a while maybe they will come soon and give you some help.

Well I would say just a rock but after lookin at your other finds, and seeing the material used, I would say hoe. What type of culture occupied your area? They must have been a very poor group with no access to trade to get some quality tool material, so they made do with what was at hand.
