Found this point in the river the other day. Can anyone help me identify the type? Came out of a river in central Iowa.

According to Overstreet's 13th edition, page 924, it appears to be a Kay Blade. Also, a VERY nice one!! I can't really say what it's made of, I'm out here in the far West. Maybe someone local can identify the material. Hope this helps!!

I agree, he's been known to mis-categorize on some points. Table Rock also includes Kay Blade, Lehigh, Motley, Munker's Creek and Steuben. All of the aforementioned except the Munker's Creek and the Steuben pretty much look alike. Maybe a slight variation between knappers.
