Scraper or just a piece of Quartz?

We are curious if this is a scraper or just another piece of Quartz? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is real hard for me to tell on quartz item's, but I don't see any flaking. Some of the other will be along soon and they find quartz all the time. Welcome to T-net

feel the edges and if there isn't any flat spots and is sharp all the way around id say scraper. if there is a flat spot its a base
