Last week i was digging on the side of a gully, pulling up a few objects i will post as soon as i get most of the red mud off of, and under one of the larger rocks i found, what appears to be a pine knot or some part of a pine tree! At first i thought i had loped of and ear of what i thought was a cat, but as i turned it different ways i realized it was a duck, turn it another way, a human face, along with a cpl i have yet identify. I'm pretty sure it's an artifact, does anyone else agree. If so,is there a way to preserve it?Excuse the photography, i had to use my phone. 20150918_025645.jpg 20150918_025501.jpg 20150918_025511.jpg 20150918_025526.jpg 20150918_025531.jpg 20150918_025546.jpg 20150918_025559.jpg 20150918_025621.jpg

Sorry but I don't see an artifact, in my opinion it is just a natural formation. It's mother nature playing tricks on your eyes. Welcome to T-net.:hello:

Ancient transformer toy. They were popular toys around Christmas about 5000 years ago.

I think it's a wood-duck.
And it begs the question how much could a wood duck chuck?
