Found this bone the other day. Nothing that remarkable about it except for the set of carved lines. Any ideas? Thanks. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1447960523.292198.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1447960541.349366.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1447960575.782976.jpg

It sort of looks like you have yourself a ham bone that the meat was pre-sliced.

Most of the old (buried) bone around here turns black or blueish so I won't be any help. Very nice.

Considering that those perfectly straight lines were very likely made by a meat saw I would venture less than 50 years old.
