Odd marking on bone

Found this bone the other day. Nothing that remarkable about it except for the set of carved lines. Any ideas? Thanks.

Most of the old (buried) bone around here turns black or blueish so I won't be any help. Very nice.

Considering that those perfectly straight lines were very likely made by a meat saw I would venture less than 50 years old.
