I have this strange point that I am not sure what it may be or what to make of it. I mainly find Late Woodland and Post-Contact period points at this location in the Philly PA area, however, I have found some archaic points and I know someone found a small paleo point at the same place. It's been suggested this may not be woodland... but who knows. This point is very crude... it's either very old and worn by the river or made by someone who wasn't very good at knapping. Anyone have any ideas?

Shame on the ear but better than the tip missing. Woodland made that shape to and some are crude. I would call it a triangle but looks like a Yadkin type to me. I believe the water polish makes it look older.
