nice red jasper chopper

fresh from my cousins place in NW Nevada...really nice red jasper chopper or primitive knife. Jasper is littered all over the place like pull rings on beer cans.

in this area all the points are either red, brown, or yellow jasper...a little obsidian, pink or white agate/quartz, or a sort of yellowish semi-siliceous stone. some basalt too. You can literally send junior out to fetch you a rock to work and he will bring you a fist size chunk of what have you within a few minutes.
