Here's a work by Banksy that you might appreciate. I think the story goes that his sister was giving him a hard time about his graffiti art and questioning his lifestyle choices. His sister said that his work would never hang in the Met, so he hung this in there and they liked it so much that they left it.

Here's another Banksy that came to mind when I read your post. I find it amusing. I think that this one was done on the side of a building. I've got a t-shirt with this one on it. My avatar is another Banksy work.
