I'd say a tool of some sort, there is enough chipping on the edge. A knife or scraper perhaps.

What is evident on this piece to show that it may have be used? I see the flaking but is there edge wear that shows? Just trying to learn this stuff . Thanks!

I think it looks a lot like the arrowheads I find used and sharpened to death and loved as a favorite tool.
