thanks all again glad to be here. have lots to show but they are not recent finds but from our colletion of over 15 years. lots of hard digging in all kinds of weather you know what i mean. ;D ;D ;D

They call Alibates the beefsteak of flint, cause its red with white lines running all through it, like a good cut 'o steak (before cooking of course) Most of the folks I know form down your way find that Rootbeer flint, it is great quality. We just have to settle for local cherts, and the occasional Flint Ridge relic! heres my big find for the weekend...
