Just recently I got a Aurora Micro Pulse detector [used] off of ebay It is the older model that has been discontinued and a newer one is out with better depth and a vibrating feature. I have tried it out on land and I belive I got the hang of it. It picks up gold rings and coins at 4 inches but the gold chains are another story,I just about have to touch the coil area with the chain to get the light bar to flicker. It is a real small unit ,4x 5.5 inches and 1.5 inches thick and fits in the palm of your hand .Does anyone have any experence with these units that could give me any input on them as the manual that came with it didn't have a whole lot of info .I have other U/W detectors but this one seemed pretty handy to have as it can be carried in a bc pocket till needed and uses no headphones. I don't want to miss the chains as they sell the best as one size fits all. So if anyone knows a chain trick or any tips that might help I could sure use them. Thanks ??? Bob
