Metal detecting in Nova Scotia

Hi,

I'm going to Nova Scotia next month and I'd like to know if bringing my md from the states will be a problem. Also does anyone know the regs concerning mding there and where might be a good place to look?

Hi Sue!
I'm from Canada and was wondering the same thing about going to Florida! I'd say where it is an electronic instrument it could be a little iffy if you know what I mean. But check with the airlines.

By the way. You said you may be heading up north in November to do some detecting. Hope there's no snow and don't forget your parka!!!

Thanks Jay! Make sure you bring your bathing suit. As far as I know you can md on the beaches. You might want to check with the particular town you'll be mding in. Good Luck!
