I don't know why but this made me smile! There is a facebook page but must be some inside joke.. Still a federal offense though $2k fine and up to 5 years in prison

I don't know anything about this particular message, but it is a myth that stamping bills is a federal offense. The key is the definition of defacement. Defacing paper money is an offense but it is defined as rendering the bill unfit for use. Stamping bills with messages, especially political messages, is intended to do the exact opposite of defacement - it is to get a message out there and it is not advertising a business. It is protected free speech.
