I was probably crawling thru a 2' diameter exhaust duct full of furnace dust while you were swinging your detector.

How was the digging? How deep was your find? Nice find btw.

About an inch down was still on inch of ice, the button was actually on the surface, I originally thought it was a worn IH. This is an old home site that I have no idea just how old it is. It is farmed now and the area this was found was close to where the foundation was, so its only been exposed to fertilizer for about 5 years, BTW I was on my way out when I found it, I was tired of digging aluminum and flashing. A few more trips and all of that aluminum should be out of the field, I have removed enough now for a 5 gallon bucket full.

I cant wait till spring ;D

Dont worry there will be plenty of time to get out, I used a vacation day friday, now im gonna save em till it gets plowed.
