Stand at Pennsylvania Fair Is Crushed by Gale.

POTTSVILLE, Penn., Sept. 21. -- A wind storm of cyclonic force, accompanied by sharp lightning, visited part of Schuylkill County this afternoon, with the result that three persons were fatally injured, seven were seriously hurt, and a half-hundred others were wounded by the falling of a grand stand at Hegins, near here.
