We have the Conowingo Dam in Maryland not far south of the PA. line, the water is way to deep to get any of those old bottles dumped in the Susquahanna River. Maybe divers could get them, but you are not allowed anywhere near the dam. Part of Old Conowingo Maryland went under water when the dam was built,

it's a Shame ! I bet there is a Mint & a Half down there in Bottles & other valuables.

Of course the dam wasn't there to Catch things 100+ years ago

any Older Drops (maybe natural Dams) Lower ?

The Conowingo Dam is the last blockage of the Susquahanna before it reaches The Chesapeake Bay. When they open the floodgates they have sirens and you better get to high ground fast, a few guys I know almost got washed away fishing by being too slow. They open the floodgates during rainy times and in the spring when the NY. and PA. snow melts into the river. The Conowingo Dam is on Route 1 about 10 miles south of the PA line. It is very scenic, a nice place to visit, they have a place called fishermans park on the low side of the dam 100 yards from the bottom of the dam. Bald Eagles and Osprey are about all the time.
