Yesterday I bought 2 silver bars for a change (1 oz) Anyway when I looked them up on ebay I found some weird prices. I paid 22 dollars for each of them, but I see the same one for $30 and $33.

For some reason, people always try to charge spot plus 50% for silver rounds on ebay. I would never pay that additional premium for a silver round. I can understand paying a slight premium for Silver Eagles, but any old 1 oz round of silver shouldn't cost spot plus 50%.

I buy the Buffalo silver once rounds from the coin shoppe on my corner. I pay anywhere from 19 - 20 dollars a piece depending on the cost of silver. When Silver hit 19.11, he still sold them to me for 20.00.

I went on E-Bay and the same exact coin with a lot more wear on it then mine (Mine are in mint tubes and un-opened) was going for 25 - 32.75 depending on the auction. Just nuts, makes me want to buy from him and sell on E-Bay.

There is a collector market for the art bars.
