I know the name sounds horrible, but it sho is good....Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
A good quick meal for you working moms....Great for the dads too!

This recipe is doubled, so if you dont wanna make so much, only use one can of each item.

1 lb of hamburger meat ( i use 2 sometimes)

chopped onion

2 cans ranch style beans

2 cans of whole kernal corn...drained

2 small cans of Rotel tomatoes

one small box of Velveeta, or half of a large one

Crackers or a Pan of corn bread... :D

Crumble your ground meat, add onion, cook on low until done, drain greece, add 2 cans Ranch Style Beans, 2 Cans Drained Corn, Rotel, Velveeta cheese, COVER and Cook until cheese melts and there ya go...meal in 20 minutes!

No i havent, but when my son was a senior in High School, he and his friends would go out to his girlfriends lake house and do that, i've never tried it either, but they say its really good. I suppose you could do it with anything. Seems like a lot of trouble to me, and im not even sure how you would do it.

Have several friends that have a deep pit used for BBQing beef and lamb...(pork is not kosher so can't relate taste...smells good though)

Its easy to construct and the food is outstanding...melt-in-your-mouth-good...

Sorry...my comment was referencing a deep pit BBQ for cooking a pig...

Funny story...my 2 daughters both raised hogs in 4H for years including a 'Grand Champion' winner...don't eat pork products...

Uncle and 2 cousins have a hog farm in Ohio...don't eat pork products...
